Thanks to our generous donors, partners, sponsors, and the Government of Canada we have invested…
$951,801
right here in Northumberland County to support more than 30 local organizations and essential programs.
Colborne, Ontario
Thank you to our community
When the pandemic began and official stay-at-home orders were declared last March, our donors, sponsors, partners in the provincial and federal government, volunteers, workplace campaigns, and community partners stepped up to make sure that no one would be left behind.
In those early days of the pandemic, we could never have predicted the impact of COVID-19 on our community and our world. However, among the struggles and challenges of the past year, we have come together in ways unlike ever before. In the face of great adversity, we have proven that we are stronger together and that COVID-19 can’t stop us.
We believe in the power of good news to unite our community, and we want to share with you what your support has made possible this past year. Thank you.

Our community has been through a lot this past year. Whether you donated your time, energy, or money to United Way or another local charity, you knew you had to do something. Perhaps you helped a neighbour get groceries, delivered supplies to a senior in need, or volunteered your time at a local vaccination clinic. Even staying diligent about wearing your mask, sanitizing your hands, and keeping your distance has helped keep all of us safe. Every single resident in Northumberland County has contributed to our local response to COVID-19. For that, we want to say Thank You. Our community has been through a lot this past year.
