Northumberland United Way is counting down the days until the holidays with the return of 12 Days of Good News. From now until December 24, United Way will be sharing a good news story each day to highlight some of the good things that have happened this year.
“We are incredibly grateful for all of the generous support we received this year,” says Bobbie Dawson, CEO, Northumberland United Way. “This has been another difficult year, but among the challenges, there have been many great things that have happened too.”
Instead of a partridge in a pear tree, United Way will be wrapping up 2021 by sharing stories from real people who have leaned on the support of United Way and their community partners. The 12 Days of Good News will also include impact updates from some of United Way’s programs such as Northumberland Eats and Period Promise.
