We’re currently hiring a Program and Administrative Assistant to support the launch and operation of our Haven for All program — a new initiative designed to support vulnerable members of our community through thoughtful programming and cross-sector collaboration. This is a part-time role offered as a 3-year term, contingent on funding.
In this role, the Program and Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director to support day-to-day operations of Haven for All. From organizing and promoting program initiatives, to assisting with communications and outreach, to helping ensure smooth and seamless coordination with suppliers, participants, and community partners — this role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people.
